He did and didn't at the same time, those 4th quarter defeats killed us and he was as responsible for those with some very poor QB play at the worst possible time to do it. I've never particularly liked Carr either, so that is also awful to read lol
Carr always had great stats, but got a bad rep since the Raiders haven't won. However, after they dumped Carr, they lost a lot more than when they had him. The Saints this season is a perfect illustration of the impact Carr makes. With him they are 5-5. Without him 0-7. So, he does make a huge difference. Now, he is not a type of guy who can win on his own and carry a team on his back to play-off victories, but it is a fact that he made his teams significantly better vs replacement.
tbh I always thought he'd struggle in NY, not saying he was bad but you always hoped for better but then again we are still sitting and hoping.
