I think you have to do it this way. If the shoe was on the other foot (analogy for rex) and the Jets were playing the Eagles in the SB, Giants fans would be pulling for the Jets.
These results at least save me staying up very late to watch the SB - would much prefer the Giants to win but either way I wont be watching it I was so gutted when the ravens fucked up twice at the end of their game (once to win and once to send it to OT)
Agreed....Giants are a classy organization, Maras are good people (screw Steve Tisch).....I can't stand Brady and Belicheat is a lying SOB who quit on this team in its greatest hour of need. Belichick was a washed-up failed coach who couldn't even get a job as a DC and we saved his ass....and then he thanks Parcells, Hess, and Johnson by talkiing to Kraft and the Patriots behind our back. He should have been banned from the NFL for a year.
I'm so sick of hearing about the Giants "class". 2 weeks ago their owner was mocking the Jets after they beat Atlanta, this is an organization that shuns Tiki Barber b/c he made some comments but hails a child molester/rapis/crack head like LT. This organization also has a ton more arrests that we do, did they suspend kareem Mckenzie for his DUI? did they make him miss a qtr? was there public pressure like when Braylon got arrested(the ONLY arrested during the rex era by the way). I'm so sick of hearing about the class of the Giants.
I will be rooting for the Giants Sunday. My brother in law was a Giants season ticket holder. Three years ago, he was diagnosed with cancer and died in September at the age of 47, leaving my sister and three kids. John Mara sent a bouquet of flowers in Giants colors and a handwritten note expressing his condolences to the family. That was a really nice thing to do and I will always hold the Mara family in high regard for it.

Who cares about the Giants. Yes they are the number one team in town and we are number two, and that is just fact that will never change - short of us winning four or five Super Bowls in a row!! The thought of watching that sissy Brady and that cheater Belicheck raise the VLT again, should make every Jet fan cringe!!! thats the master plan - go OTHER places to get the ring. i actually hope the pats rip the giants a new one here. guess i am hardened to history and used to getting ass cracked by the pats (aside from last year). with all the francessa crap and the giants beating the jets, it would be a nice close to the NFL season if the jints lay a big egg. oh and weatherford was pretty funny running around.
Absolutely, at least he played good football for us rather than suck the last 2 postseasons like Weatherford. If Weatherford punted for us in January the way he did for the Giants we may have seen a SB.
