Personally, I would like to see us take the Division, first and foremost. If that doesn't happen, I'm not gonna jump off a bridge. However, I will still expect us to make the PO's again via Wildcard, where I expect us to AT LEAST make a ACCG appearance. I don't think that's asking for too much considering how well we did last year lacking a lot of talent. We've certainly filled some holes this year, so expectations should be high. Having said that, we're nothing like the 'Skins in how we went about to get this talent. We've traded picks for some players with great potential. A 3rd for Cromartie, and a 5th for Holmes. Nothing that will put our future at risk. If Cro works out for that 2nd, it would mean we'd have THE best CB tandem on the field on a team that was already ranked #1 last season. Our signing have been noted as being roughly about 1-3 year deals @ 1M-2M per year clip contracts. Hardly what the 'Skins are known to do. Florio sucks a big, black, veiny cock.
are you seriously ignoring the rest of what I said and committing the very simplification of the scenarios I criticize while ignoring the significant differences? why would you walk right into that? apparently the differences are too complex for you as well.
The brilliance of alleycat. 1) Look for an article on TGG that a number of posters criticize. 2) Latch onto the most obvious and easily comprehended portion of the article, which makes a general observation which requires zero actual intelligent discourse, and generalize the posters of TGG, telling people that they don't understand it and need to pay attention to it, while explaining the part they didn't understand in the most general and vanilla of ways, not expounding on this obvious point or even really explaining why it is supposedly such a profound thought. 3) Wait for the well-thought-out responses to this typical alleycat post. 4) Do not respond to any of those well-thought-out responses. If it wasn't obvious before, people need to realize that alleycat, out of spite, has decided to become a troll. PFFT.
How many games did Sanchez hand away? the saints game, the first bills game, the second patriots game, even just change those 3 and we're an 11-5 team, I think its reasonable to believe Sanchez will not regress and should hopefully progress. The defense was in the first year of a new system, progress in the second should be a reasonable expectation. Even Rex made some stupid decisions as a rookie HC with wasted time outs and such, once again hopefully he has also learned from mistakes. My point is that even without the flurry of unexpected offseason activity, I still would have expected better than 9-7 even if we put the same team back on the field this season. I think we can at least match the 12-4 franchise best this year. All this bullshit keeps coming out because our moves have just been too damn good and all the haters are just trying to find some negative on giving up nothing for a retarded amount of added talent. I think its an exciting time to be a Jets fan, let the haters hate
