    i remember that loss to the dolts, and yes i still refer to them as the dolts. i think it was early to middle of the season so it wasnt like they beat us in the last 4 weeks of the year for their first win. but i do remember it being a painful point especially when it became their ONLY win of the year.

    The Patriots are the only team to lose twice to an otherwise winless team - they lost opening day and the season finale to the 2-14 Baltimore Colts in 1981, this was never done before and not done since.

    The Jets though lost to the 1-12-1 Bills in 1968, the 1-13 Oilers in 1972, the 1-15 Saints in 1980, and the 1-15 Colts in 1991......

    In 2004, the Cardinals lost twice to the 49ers. Both games were 31-28 overtime thrillers. The 49ers were 0-14 in their other games.

    Sort of similar to this season. The 49ers are 3-8. They beat the Cardinals two times in games that went down to the wire.
