If what a "draft expert", a scout, and a NFL HC says means nothing, why do you put so much stock into what ESPN says?
If you view the prototypical pass rushers now as the lean svelte Freeney/Kearse/JAbe types it's quite possible that a tackle like D'Brick is the best chance to shut them down. Too big to bullrush, with excellent agility to maintain balance and a very strong but limber frame. Too quick to go around, with a huge wingspan and very quick feet. Basically he's built like these guys but taller and a bit heavier. Pretty much in proportion to them but bigger. It's going to be like lining up opposite your big brother for most of the pre-eminent speed rushers in the NFL. And it's going to be hard to get your hands up to block a pass with somebody 2 to 4 inches taller in your face. I'm psyched to see him perform.
Do you have a link to the video? Or maybe a link to an ESPN expert saying this? I could make a video showing anyone look bad. This is all unsubstatiated propaganda you are posting.
We came damn close in '82 and played well in '81 too. Had a great season in '85 and a decent one in '86. Given the Jets record for futility, I say that was a good run based on drafting Olinemen in the late '70s.
It is fans like you that have such low standards of "success" for the NYJs which makes them as crappy as they are each & every year.
Well, here is a Brick video....You make the call. Then you can spew your misinformed babble elsewhere.. http://playlist.yahoo.com/makeplayl...4bdd4a5bc6196a8b559795893f41&sl=239&so=/Yahoo Sports/nfldraft/line&t=wmp
Why should I when ESPN have OL using video of Fergy telling the nation why Fergy will not do well against speed rushers. To bad if you & the other silly person did not see it as then you may be singing a very, very different song.
Yes, and for every one video that ESPN shows there are 5 analysts on ESPN saying he will do well. ESPN gets away with this crap because they have so many differing viewpoints on their network that it can be said (untruthfully) that they are never wrong. What is more true is that they are wrong all the time. ESPN is the biggest MISINFORMATION NETWORK on TV next to CNN/FOXNews. But it would be easier if you just fessed up and admitted that you don't remember who IN PARTICULAR said it (so a counter-argument could be formed, your worst nightmare) and we can move on to an actually relevant and supported argument from someone who is capable of providing one.
Well if you saw the video you would know who said it. I also believe it was mentioned on Mondays Mike & Mike show by the NYJ fan Mike
Look you did not see it so you are spewing over something that if you saw it you would be as a quiet as a chuch mouse about
From now on I'm just going to post your responses for you since I already know what is coming. Champ69: No all you will post is MISINFORMATION like Dino and the rest There, saved you the trouble.
