We also signed a 6-4 Cover corner named Ademola Olatunji http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2133878/highlights/141903375 Could turn into something folks
Weirdest thing,,, after watching 40 sec of video, I stopped it & said....this guy will make team....he has all the basic necessary tools & the rest can be coached up. I like the way he presses/jams WR's at line. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this guys progress.
I really wanted Bohannon to work out, simply so I could yell " AWWWW SHIT! HELL ON WHEELS!!!!" at the tv every Sunday All I can say is WOW to Young, he was blowing people the hell up on this tape. I get the feeling that play like a Jet is going to mean something in the coming season, and its not butt fumbling. Can't Wait
O'Donnell out of Miami was drafted by the Bears; O'Donnell in the combine impressed with a fast twitch 4.6 40. Funny a large number of TGG mocks dedicated a #5th round pick to Iowa State punter Kirby van der Kamp, a pick I repeatedly said I "didn't get" given his slumping numbers both year-to-year and game-to-game in 2013 (I suggested Alabama's tried and true Cody Mandell). Well, coincidentally the Jets did pick an Iowa State Cyclone with their #5th: LB Jeremiah George while van der Kamp's still sitting by the phone…. Cody Mandell? Immediately signed by the Dallas Cowboys. That Chad Young FB out of SDSU looks like an interesting bowling ball of a beast.
T-Bo is gone. This kid is a dynamo! One thing I love about most of this years picks, they really went after physical players that can lay the wood. Even Saunders is a tough SOB for his size.
Well that was one of the more entertaining highlight reels I've ever seen. Don't know if he can play at the NFL level, but will be interesting to see him in camp and the preseason.
Too bad the jets weren't able to land WR L'damian Washington from Missou. He has great size and an impressive skill set,. Obviously flawed seeing as how he's an UDFA but I really feel he could stick at this level (signed with Dallas) Another reciever I think couldve been worth looking at was Alex Neutz from Buffalo... (Signed with Cincy) great hands, slow but finds ways to get open, probably will be a good special teamer
Here's the only info I could find about Olatunji- http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=128981&draftyear=2015&genpos=CB
I'm getting pretty excited about all the UDFA DB's being signed. Jets may have there best overall secondary {talent wise} ever & a lot of young talent. A few good players aren't gonna make the team.
