I need to take this opportunity to gloat about being on board with this move since the day the rumor broke. The guy can still play and I could really give a rats ass that he used to play for the Fins if he keeps up this type of play.

He's done well for the Jets. I guess this makes up for the fumble return from last year.

I wonder if Taylor will be motivated this week by the Dolphins lack of interest in signing him back or if it'll be a boohoo homecoming tearfest.

Jason Taylor is a tool, being used to close out games for the most part. This few games with Pace out he is getting far more snaps than they had initially told him would be expected, you could see that when Pace went out in preseason and Rex starting telling him the new ratio of snap dissemination and Taylor face kind of dropped a little.

What he did against Brady in the final Pats play is really what he was brought in for. To close out games.

But the only way I ever consider Jason Taylor a New York Jet is if he holds up a Lombardi in a Jets uniform.

Part of me will be very surprised to see Jason Taylor playing against Miami in Miami on SNF. He may be conveniently sidelined with the elbow.

Not to say it isn't a real injury, but I don't think he'll be rushing to get back on the field as he would if he knew there was a backup-quality left tackle lining up for a low-rent offense like the Bills. That's where the easy stats are found. Not against a beast like Jake Long while Taylor is coming back from an elbow.

Then put him on the right side and have him blitz from there.

Pace has an outside chance of returning, so Taylor could see limited snaps... But I think Pace sits one more game.

Like Rex said,"you root for the decal on the side of the helmet".
Victor Green was my favorite Jet but when he went to the Pats HE WAS DEAD TO ME!

Seesh tough crowd. The guy just strip sacked the Evil One, thus sealing us the victory against, the Evil Empire, while playing with a hyper extended elbow no less, and he's not a jet to you yet?! Wow...

I never had a problem with JT, but man, some of you guys are way too girlie girlie about this shit.

Are you serious? He probably can't WAIT to play this game... this is the team that didn't want him back, how the hell do you not want to play this game?!

I will be absolutely STUNNED if he doesn't play.
