Yea, he thought Rhodes would want to play football and give a shit about the job that is currently playing him millions of dollars.

I've watched enough film of Taylor from last year to know the reports of his demise have been greatly exaggerated.....he's still got plenty left in the tank, and would be a great (and cheap) addition to our group of LB 's, and to our pass rush.

 

Yup. I think the guy is a huge asshole, but I would love the fact that the signing would piss off the entire state of Florida. :finssuck:

 

I predict if he doesn't sign here or in Miami by Wednesday he won't be playing for either team. He has overplayed this game already.

 

If he signs anywhere by Thursday, it'll be with the Jets.........if he doesn't sign by then, I expect he'll be playing for the Dolphins.

 

I actually want him to sign with us more and more out of spite for their gayass fans and the betrayal it would inflict upon them. And I know that's wrong and unethical, but that's how much I fucking hate their fans.

 

Why does it have to be a game? He has a legitimate dilemma.

Do I wait for the team I love and hope that they offer me a contract, but at the same take a big risk that I'll have no offers at all?

OR

Do I sign with the team that I've always disliked and had a public rivalry with their fans? But, this team is the only one offering me a contract, they wined and dined me, and they have a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl.

I want him to decide ASAP just like everyone else does, but I see why this is a tough call.

Haha yes I agree with this. It will be real great having Taylor say he wants to win a ring and sign with their bitter rival to try and do so.
