Actually your post was "Jets have underused the tight end for years imo...I was kinda hoping this changes with Amaro" To which I brought up Keller, and since pre-Keller was 7 years ago, and we used Keller a lot, that would actually indicate we haven't underused the TE position in years, and that under using the TE position changed years ago with Keller. Sorry the facts don't match your post.
A couple decent years from Keller is a drop in the bucket when you look at the whole....for some reason you're not comprehending this. I can't explain it any easier and I won't. I'm sure we'll see Keller inducted into the ring of honor soon since he's such an instrumental part of Jets history... That said, Amaro had a heck of a game today and he'll only get better. Lots of upside here
You can backtrack all you want and say you really meant something else. TE's have accounted for a high percentage of the Jets receptions for the better part of 10 years, which is basically the exact opposite of what you posted. Feel free to complain about how the Jets didn't use TE's enough a decade ago, just doesn't seem relevant.

This kind of thing doesn't really work on a message board where everything you say is perfectly recorded for all to see. If you want to say you miss-phrased what you really meant in your first post, feel free. Or you can say you were wrong in your first post, and want to try and make a different point now. Either way there's only one way to interpret it, and that it is wrong.
Geno is starting to trust him and he's got great natural skills. Clearly the best part about today's game. He's going to be a great weapon moving forward, but we need some speed on the outside. Teams are going to lock him and Decker down.
I hated om Amaro for a while but he made me eat my words after today looks like he is coming along nicely I am man enough to admit I was wrong
yup, hopefully Jalen Strong in 2015. I was against Desean Jackson but he would've been perfect right now.
Desean, Decker, Kerley and Amaro actually sounds nice. Wonder how the offense would've looked with him.
