Yeah I have know idea why so much shit for this post, as mentioned before other then winning the whole thing the important thing is for your team to be relevant. 2 wins in a row the second one over the Patriots we are relative again and have a shot. Maybe it has to do with bye week not as much to talk about but every post I look at good or bad is getting crushed.
It bet we win the next 2. Its part of the pattern of the jets. The build up and let down. We beat jacksonville then the pats. We then loose to carolina and buffalo then maybe even tampa. Then we beat atlanta maybe the colts. We love to play down to crappy teams
You apparently don't have both oars in the water. You think we're going to go 8-0 or 7-1 in the following 8 weeks? Not to even mention that you're post doesn't make any sense.
It's like that with most decent teams, they have ups and downs, we're not an elite team so this is how it's going to be. Hopefully, we stop selling out our drafts in the next year or two so we can get some depth.
There's nothing the Jets can do in the next two games that is going to wipe out the fact that they just went 1-4 in a 5 game stretch and lost three times to bad teams in the process. 6-4 would make me a lot happier obviously, but it isn't magically going to turn the Jets back into the team we thought they might be after the 3-0 start. It'll just make them look like SOJ in a different way. 11-5? Now that might make us all reassess this team. Note that they'll have to go 5-1 AFTER winning the next two games to get there.
I can be hopeful!! I don't boat actually so I have no oars in the water. If I am on a boat it has a engine, so no rowing for this Jet fan. Obviously I know it's tough, but they can do it if all phases play up to their potential.
If we win the next 2 optimism can be restored, but we still have an uphill battle if we want to get into the PS.
I totally agree Kick the Jags asses in and go up to NE and beat the Pats and then we have something. THat's our last chance. I can't see us beating the Pats though. I am just gonna enjoy the games this Sunday and hope the Chargers beat the Gaints
