There is no trade market for Wilson. That's the bottom line. He was the worst rated passer in the league last year. People here don't even think he's worthy of the #2 QB position. So who is trading for a #3 QB who gets paid a ton of money? The answer is no one.
I think they could've saved money at least in '23 if they traded him before camp. something like $5 mill in dead cap but "savings" compared to his $9.5 mill contract. They still woulda taken a pretty big dead cap hit in '24 though Idk now though since his bonus was guaranteed when he reported to camp, the 23 savings might be out the window now. -- pretty crazy that Zach Wilson is taking up more cap room than Aaron Rodgers in 2023. Its like your unreliable 1997 Ford Escort having a higher monthly payment than your new badass Dodge Ram Hemi
That's because White's trying to get released, so JD can sign him and get rid of this Wilson kid for good. JD made a big mistake keeping Wilson over White.
Funny thing, I must I missed something as I didn’t read about anyone defending that throw. There is also a lot of good before and after that throw that was not brought up either.
He a HOF Jet. I have jerseys for all of them. He’s forever in the legacy. …But yea let’s keep talking Zach taking snaps with 2/3s lol
That's because to me it looks like it's checkdown or dumpoff pass because nothing else was open. Zach went through his progressions, turned and threw an easy pass to a spot. It totally looked to me like he expected Bawden to be there. It didn't look like it was a bad throw and way behind Bawden. Bawden wasn't even looking for the ball. It was a total miscommunication. In reference to your earlier post where you asked was Bawden just supposed to do, stop and stand there, yes it was. That's what happens when receivers find a soft spot in the zone or a RB is there as a safety valve. They basically stop. That's why they say that the receivers "sits down." Of course, he doesn't literally sit down, but he stops his forward motion and he's not running a route. I could be mistaken, but that's what the play looked like to me.
the defender was there the whole time, this is a terrible take. If Bawden stops and stands put he's just covered and standing still, why would he do that
That defender is licking his chops eyes locked on zach. there is no soft zone for him to sit down in lol. idk what NC is even talking about.
I guess when you think its impossible for the QB to make a mistake you come up with some silly justifications
Zach panics and breaks down. This has been the story of his 2 year existence in the NFL. Why do we expect this kid to somehow become a franchise QB with inherent traits like this. He's a backup with a big arm. Let it go!
