In isolation it is, but when the Democrats spent a year declaring rioting is patriotic and defended the riots as peaceful protests for no other reason than it was politically beneficial to them, this is exactly the type of response you should expect when the other side of the aisle feels they were wronged. The Jan 6th rioters were told rioting was just regardless of whether the target of their anger is true or not. Their truth is all that mattered.

It’s simply hypocritical to be outraged at Jan 6th if one wasn’t outraged at the BLM riots. Both were political riots instigated by lies and fueled by elected officials for their own benefit.

but, again, if we excuse our side but condemn the other there can never be an ideological reconciliation.

It’s not whataboutism, it’s called addressing the totality of the situation. You don’t get to isolate this event as if nothing else happened around it. Once a behavior is established as appropriate you can’t condemn the same behavior by someone else simply because they apply it towards something you don’t like. As I said, in isolation it would be wrong, but it didn’t happen in isolation. I wish I could condemn it, but I was told for a year what they did was patriotic and just.

BLM was behind the Capitol riot to begin with. This is standard Replicant dogma.

Personally , I have posted a few times what I believe in ...and I believe in the Law

And Yes.. I was outraged at the BLM rioters if they burned up stores ...and I said they should be arrested

I grew up in a Republican family who supported a strong military secure borders and low taxation
    /government spending

The 1960s saw plenty of protests and riots ...and peaceful or not participants were arrested . There was looting too>> they needed to be arrested

I want law and order in our cities and I don't think we should just automatically grant citizenship to border crosssers

But that's were my Republican ties end

Never in my lifetime have I seen the US capitol attacked and a President trying to seize power via insurrection and coup....that's absolutely outrageous ..100 Xs worse than NiXon..And you want to turn away from THAT???? Take your head out of that grifter Trumps ass please

I prob represent the 40% of Repub that want Trump gone for EVER

At least Blue thinks "in isolation" it's wrong ...I doubt JetB even tunes into Fox , as they have faithfully carried 90 percent of the hearings ...letting all Conservatives in on the TRUTH

But the Q Annon pretzel logic has to tie Jan 6th insurrection to the BLM protests and ANTIFA that shadow organization that no one knows anything about

When the truth continues to unfold and the Neo Fascist Cabal exposed as those who wanted to keep Trump president , undermine democracy...When they are all criminal charged it will be a different story in TGG land

We should've seen that Trump's presidency would end with ketchup dripping down a wall. But then again, Heinz sight is 2020.

They're also not relevant to each other and one does nothing to mitigate the offenses of the other.

18,000+ posts though. You need to fork over more money. That's a poor ratio.
