I am just happy that MS didn't get picked off 3 times. He didn't cost us the game. This is a good thing. If Greene hadn't fumbled the Jets probably would have won the game despite a poor offensive game. I think we'll see MS develop this season. But just not screwing the pooch against the Ravens shows that he is making progress. It is agonizing some times - but that is typically part of the deal with a young QB. Added to that is the fact that his receivers dropped numerous passes or made penalties to negate positive yardage. So its not as if he was getting alot of support from his WRs.
I just dont understand why we didnt at least TRY and throw some bombs. The refs called how many Pass Int against us? like 4? I guarantee that if we threw 4 bombs we would have gotten a break or two from the stripes. Or, i dont know, maybe one of our recievers would have caught the ball!
Well, we threw one to Keller...it was completed but brought back on a penalty. We threw another to Cotch and he was arm barred and we didn't get the call. Fuked ourselves and fuked by the refs. But if you look at it. We set ourselves up to fail all night. A Bomb to a TE and your possession receiver....So much for using Braylon huh?
