Well, either Buffalo or Miami will be eliminated in two weeks With our win out scenario, the Chargers will be eliminated. You can probably count out the Browns as well. Basically, if any of the 5-8 teams get 9 losses next week, they're gone.
Jets are not making the playoffs. Even if we do , we get bounced in the first round and have a worse draft pick. When will people realize this is a dogshit team that has zero chance at winning anything? Hence why we need all these things to happen for us to even have a shot. you're clearly an expert in this subject, so please show us, with historical examples, how picks made at 15 have proven to be more successful than players picked at 16 and lower in the first round, and thus you are better off missing the playoffs and getting that pick just one spot higher rather than making the playoffs.
how are we the biggest joke in the league? We are 6-7, not 1-12 . . . don't blindly buy into the media hype . . . we are a middle of the pack team with a bad quarterback and a horrific passing game, but our defense is pretty solid and our running game is hit or miss. We aren't good but we aren't terrible either.

Some people on here are nutz. The giants were 9-7 last year and all there fans were like "Were done"and look what happend" We need to win because you never know with draft picks. We have not been the best drafters, Even with high picks. Sanchez is getting his last shot with us and maybe the edwards signing helps him. I am rooting for a win until we are out of it. At least we can watch meaningful football.
And IF we make the playoffs, we only need to be better on that Sunday. Look at the Super Bowls, do you really think the Giants were the better team over the course of the season than the Pats both times, nope, but they were better that Sunday. Same with the Seahawks over the Saints or Broncos over the Steelers, or us over the Patriots
I get what youre trying to prove but your point would make a ot more sense if there was only one round in the draft, He'd have to prove to you the benefit of having the higher pick consistantly over 5 rounds. We'll forget about 6 and 7. Now its fair.
Im a dark sider but I will say this. Aside from winning a superbowl----duh---the idea of the NFL is to extend your season as far as possible. AT LEAST, as bad as we are, we can watch games in week 15 and still have rooting interest.
