Since Matt Cassel is a Patriot and Bill Parcells is a Dolphin, that's where they belong. If you want to make the thread about how the Jets shouldn't have let Chad go for nothing, fine, make that thread, but these are being discussed in the NFL forum. It's okay for one person to post the links to the other threads. Nothing wrong with that. But don't pile on, and don't fight back. But every thread is turning into a flame war.

that is going to be costly though, what is it 13 million? thats a big contract to fit under the salary cap with another qb who is already making what 15 million? they may be trying to trade him or the stuff i saw about brady having to go back under the knife and miss at least a portion of next year might be true. interesting development to me though. thats a ton of cap money.
I think part of the problem may be they don't know for certain how healty Brady is going to be. They also know that in a QB-starved league they can probably get something for him even if they franchise him. So there are probably a number of factors that play into this scenario. They also might have learned something from the Browns who could probably have gotten a ton for Anderson last year, and not so much this year.

Go back and read all the posts and find one person who's been right more often than me in the last five years. That's right find one. In fact, find one thing I've been wrong about. I got to say, in Long Time Jets Fan's defense, that the message board here is very tough. Mean. And nasty. Sort of like the "ridiculous New York Media," if you know what I'm saying here. I would have crumbled long ago if i wsn't a total bastid myself!
It's tough on people who make it tough on themselves.. thats the way I look at it. I think it's good that its tough on people. It makes people think about what they post.
Got to agree with you there.... I just keep on wondering sometimes, "Why did I just kick myself in the ass last night when I posted on TGG last night?" Man--there's a lot of sleepless nights there. So here are my apologies to anyone and everyone I offended during the last year with my ridiculous posts. Hopefully I will offend all of you even more in the New Year.
