Yeah that shit is messed up. Who props a dead guy in a corner during his wake. Sounds like something Brett Favre would do. I would hate to see what would be in his locker if Boldin died....... Tasteless I know but whatever.
Barton is a wild man off the field. Drinking, going to clubs, that kind of stuff...so a lot of the craziness always comes back to him. Don't be surprised if he's the first player to appear on the police blotter this season.
I'm not offended by this in the slightest... I just don't think it's funny. Surely the great prankster can do better than that? Joe Montana used to steal people's bikes - even that's funnier than just putting a dead animal in someone's locker.
Probably shot in right outside the Jets facility. There are wild turkey deer, etc there. I almost hit a family of them out there.
I don't know, I think it's funny in the sense that these players probably haven't experienced anything like this yet. The important thing is that these little pranks and jokes are bonding moments that build chemistry off the field, which in turn will (indirectly) lead to chemistry on the field -- which is exactly what we need to happen.
it would have been better if he put in there before the four day break they just had. that way it could have had time to really stink up the place. not the funniest thing he could have done, but if it keeps the locker room loose and relaxed i'm all for it.
I think Favre will stay on if we have a playoff season. He just looks like he is having too much of a good time to call it quits. If not, friggin' Clemens should be drinking the sweat and blood of Favre to try to get his DNA into his system...
