Who cares? As others have said, we have the best kick returner in the business and Miller wasn't an asset at corner. God knows if he was any good he would have been in there by now with our lousy secondary. Or he would have been picked up by a team better than the Raiders.

You're all over the place here.

First of all, something I have stated TWICE already but you continue to ignore (obviously because you have no meaningful response to it) , is that Miller got PLENTY of playing time the past 2 years. He started many games and played quite a bit in many others. The guy was a shitty cover corner. Case closed. This, in and of itself, destroys the premise of your entire argument and illustrates the ignorance of your original post. But for the hell of it, I'll keep going . . .

Secondly, your argument that me pointing out a FACT (namely that Mangini gave the initial 2nd starting corner spot to Miller, going into camp - as widely reported by BOTH the media members who watched the Jets practice every day in training camp AND Mangini himself) is somehow equivalent to me saying "EM is incapable of forecasting talent", is a) an irrelevant diversion from the discussion at hand, b) not true, and c) more evidence of your irrational prejudice against anything Mangini does or says. It's downright illogical to propose that a coach giving ONE player a chance to be a starter in training camp proves that he is "incapable of forecasting talent".

Finally, why don't we make a pact to move past the personal attacks. You stop yours and I'll stop mine. Deal??
