Maybe we sign Revis to the 400 billion dollars he wants and make him back-up Sanchez. Hell, for that much money maybe we sign Brady or Peyton as Sanchez's back-up.

If Sanchez goes down, it won't matter because we'd be history. Unless, of course, Sanchez goes down with a 20 point lead and 1 minute left in the Super Bowl. Then just direct snap to Leonard or Cotchery because they have good hands and won't fumble the snap.

Clemens by far over Brunell. If we release Clemens based on preseason play... the Jets are stupid.

I hate to say it, but I think in terms of knowing the playbook, if something were to happen to Sanchez right now, Clemens is the starter. Brunell is more of a consultant and extra QB coach than anything right now.

If Sanchez goes down this year I'm turning off the tv and telling my wife she has a free winter of me doing errands on Sundays.

agreed. I think it's not certain Brunell continues to keep a roster spot.

Can you imagine the pressure on players and owners in 2011 to reach an agreement? Imagine all the crap we're seeing about Revis this year.........times 32 teams. Not to mention how the fantasy sports industry will take a huge hit. The divorce rate will go up because of all the husbands that will now have to spend Sundays with their wives (God forbid!!).

I'm goin KC on this one. Although he hasnt been anywhere close to efficent in executing the playbook, his knowledge of it should be much better than Brunell's. I'm sure the chemistry between he and the receivers is much better too

Unless Weatherford's Shake Weight has helped him channel his inner Tom Tupa...Then I chose him over both

Either way though both better practicing their hand off's

That's either tongue in cheek or a completely idiotic statement. In the pre-season they are playing vanilla offense in order not to tip their hand. An equally ridiculous statement would be to suggest that Sanchez is the second coming of Joe Namath because he had a great pre-season. All we have to go off of is the playoffs last season and that was pretty darn good.

Clemens at least showed last year that if the defense plays lights out against a bad team, he can at least not screw it up too bad. Brunell, on the other hand, I wouldn't trust in any scenario unless he hands off literally every single snap. He's so friggin' done it's beyond me he got a job...
