You are blaming the D? Not Favre for his awful INT and his 2 INts overall? That O was running out of steam, we held that prolific O to just 13 points IN New England and they only scored 21 in the title game at home. You guys are crazy about INT's sometimes. Not every INT results in points for the other team. QB's that take more chances throw more picks. They also usually score more points. Watch the game again - the Pack gave up long time consuming drives in the second half and some stupid ass penalties. The first INT in regulation didn't even hurt them because the Giants fumbled it back to the Packers when returning it. It got them a 1st down. I've already addressed the OT INT. Favre led the offense to 20 points in regulation. That was enough to win the game. If Pennington leads the offense to a single TD against the Steelers we win that game. Somehow you can defend that performance but spit on Favre leading the offense to 20 points. I don't understand you. In shitty weather. The Giants did it on a fast surface with no weather.

You are right not every INt is a bad one BUT he threw the INT that led to the points that endeed GBs season- was that not a bad INT? Who cares if they gave up long, time consuming drives? That means Brett's O shouldn't score? I never said Chad was good against Pitt, I just said he wasn't bad. He always does against top tier defenses. Please note that 40+ yard FG attempts in Pitt in January are HARDLY gimmes. I said that Favre did enough to win that game by putting up 20 points on a great defense. Is that where they teach you that 3 points scored > 20 points scored?? What is really sad is that some of the people on here actually want the Dolphins to succeed and want them to beat the Jets in Week 17. Last time we played them, we beat the Dolphins and Penny threw the game losing interception.
