I disagree, either the Eagles or your team were taking EJ before the Bills picked again. We got our guy and an extra 2nd and 7th- with no knowledge of what anyone was going to do with the 9 picks before us in round 2. If EJ cannot play, bad draft, if he is good great draft, pretty simple. Same for you, if Geno sucks, then Rex will be fired and the draft will not be hailed as being so great. Even if all our other picks work out, people only remember the QB.
Wouldnt be the complete case with this one...Jets have 2 first rounders. I think people will remember Milliner and Richardson and Geno all together. i mean 2 out of 3 here have to be great
If on the low end the Rams get a Santana Moss type receiver, with the other stuff the kid can do (running/returning) - then the Rams get an A. That said, I honestly thought the Jets played it right, and accomplished what they set out to do in the draft.
