I think you have missed actual lawyers on this forum discussing the grounds for guilt in a civil suit which is exactly what this will be, and it's not "probably" and it's not "more than likely" it is "more probable than not" i.e. the preponderance of evidence which is exactly what is required Here, a better explanation:
