It was a shitty thing to say and when I first heard it I was pretty annoyed that he would say that...but then I remembered how pissed off opposing fans get when Rex says shit like this and how hilarious it is.

accidently put on the fat pantload on the FAN during his maniacal rant against Rex over this today he went to what he said were going to be "Jet calls" and talked to three of his best Midget fan pals, two callers from San Diego and then finally found one Same Old Jet Fan who agreed with him I guess there aren't that many Jet fans listening or calling the Fat Dumb Slug anymore

I've been trying to hear an unedited version of tbe entire conversation, but the closest I could come is an obviously edited version linked to the Cimini article, with a pretty obvious splice that omits the laugh after he made the comment. So I agree that this is being eagerly blown out of proportion. I mean, come on,does anyone really think Rex was serious? Why would he call Turner? If you ask me, Turner's the one who acted like a douche, when he made an obviously trumped up and barely coherent response, prbably out of fear of looking like complete wimp.
