Who fears Clemens though? What does he have that would make defense play honest? Again we will not play a Tampa every time out so teams will go after our running game and then try and beat us by having whoever at QB pass. Sanchez has shown he can sometimes make good throws, Clemens hasn't. That is what it comes down too. Clemens isn't coming back and Sanchez is....why give someone who has no future with the team chances over someone who does?

YES YOU ARE -Both Miami games -1st Buffalo game, albeit Sanchez had 6 TOs Schotty's bonehead playcalling to keep throwing in the cold and rain, even though our running game was tearing them a new asshole is what essentialy lost us the game,we also had a shot in OT but Hartsock's penalty pushed us out of FG range -Jags game, Mark played well enough to win and his 2nd pick didn't even hurtus one bit, so your argument for 2 huge pick is faulty, the defense couldn't stop them on crunch time that is why we lost -and today the STs left 9 pts on the field,that is why we lost
After a 15 yd penalty and being down in your own 15-20 yard line on 3rd down, at that point you just need to throw it and thread the needle because the protection has been iffy at best all game. Faneca hurt us that drive with the penalty.
Sucks for you I'm sure this is your first season watching the Jets not make the playoffs with a pretty good team.
The FG Unit converts just 2 out of 3 attempts Sanchez doesn't throw that third pick. Hurr durrr etc. etc.

yes its obvious mark has more upside but he is a complete airhead... i dont care what you say about tampa... all i know is their cbs are still decent... talib and barber ... so i give clemens a pass since he had 1 week to work with the starters

Losing is a team effort. Why did we lose the Dolphins game on MNF? Or the 2nd Dolphins game? Even with those games where you somehow think Sanchez single handedly cost us games(And not fumbles or poor coverage etc.), we would be 9-5 right? That is a playoff team.
Tell me, did we lose games because of the D, did we lose games because of the STs? The answer is yes to all of the above and that is why we are a 7-7 team and out of the playoff picture.
