Too early to give up on Mangini IMO, but if I were forced to pick someone I would go with someone who has had success coaching a 3-4 team. The last thing I want to see is a new coach that needs to reorganize the roster for a 3-4. That would be stupid as hell. Cowher would be my first choice. While he says he's happy as an analyst, I think the right price could land him. Shottenheimer - I know he's had playoff struggles, but he's won a lot of games as a HC. I'd prefer Cowher.
