Problem is, there will be a lot of pressure to do the wrong thing. There are still PSLs to sell.

Come on harbaugh brothers! We need a snowstorm in new england to slow down that annoying pats offense.
Hopefully the jets wont overreact. Every time they do it just gets worse.:gpc:

Try to get back on track. Put the right pieces in place for a solid 2012. The Giants have shown you just have to get in and get hot at the right time (Just like the Packers last year).

How we will respond? We will send the usual congratulatory letter to our stadium mates. UGH. Then BIG MOUTH will brag that the Jets are the big brothers in NYC anyway. He will tell the world that the Jets will win the Super bowl again and again!

Problem here is that after two years of solid progress, we've taken a step back, while the team we CO-OWN THE STADIUM WITH has performed at a pace which matches at least what we did least year. I guarantee you the Giants accomplishments, even if they end next week, will be glorified and exalted beyond belief, while the Jets accomplishments will be diminished, and disregarded

Just wait and see the bullshit they'll be spewing out over the next years.

Players read the papers and listen to the radio. There is a trickle down effect

Jets have to overcome a lot of shit and this ain't making it any easier

Rex Ryan does. In case you haven't heard Rex mention it before, he has been to 2 AFC Championship games. He usually mentions this when he talks about how successful he's been.

I'm seriously starting to contemplate something I've never done - root for the Belichick Pats...that's how annoyed I am at this Giant nonsense, starting with Francesa and his smack talk (I wonder what he would have said about Rex taking a bow on the Hail Mary), douches like Jacobs and a fanbase that acts holier than thou.

Hopefully they realize how important it is to have true pass rushers (and not fabricated blitz package pass rushers.)

Revis + a Pierre-Paul type would be unstoppable.

Sadly you're probably right...although it seems as if only the Giants can back up their guarantees Rex will keep doing it anyway, because he confuses guaranteeing it with setting it as a goal.

If the super bowl from hell part 2 really happens, Rex better not utter the words super bowl until he is on that podium accepting the Lombardi trophy.. Which probably will never happen.

Sorry I'm so negative, but that's just how I truly feel.

"Giants Bullshit?" That's a good one. You do realize that of all the teams in the NFL, the Jets probably provide the most bullshit of any of them?

Jets need to come up with a long term plan and stick with it, regardless of if the Giants win a Super Bowl or not.
