He played Quarterback at Richmond, but KFFL says this:
Definitely a weird combo, but he is 6-2 235.

i am surprised how little some of you guys know about football and how much you love to complain about the jets.

1st OUR O-LINE IS KNOW BETTER THAN SOLID AND MAY EVEN GET DOMINATE IN THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS OF THE SEASON

2ND GIVEN THE STRENGHTH OF OUR LINE NOW OUR RBs WILL HAVE HOLES TO RUN TROUGH

3RD OUR QBs WILL NOW HAVE TIME IN THE POCKET TO MAKE THIER READS AND GET THE BALL TO OPEN RECIEVERS

4TH IF WE HAVE A QB (RAMSEY) WHO IS ABLE TO THROW THE DEEPOUT ON A ROPE THEN THE DEFENSES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PUT 8 MEN IN THE BOX AND KEY ON OUR RBs

WE AQUIRED SOME VERY GOOD ATHLETES FAST, SMART, REAL PLAYERS

OUR DEFENSE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD WHAT WERE RANKED LAST YEAR WEREN'T WE LIKE 12TH LAST YEAR WHILE BEING ON THE FIELD FOR 80% OF THE GAME IF OUR OFFENSE IS AS GOOD AS I THINK THEY WILL BE, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY MAKE OUR DEFENSE BETTER, NOT WITHSTANDING THE REAL QUALITY DRAFT PICKS THAT WE PICKED UP

MANGINI IS DOING A SOLID JOB SO FAR AND IF HE PUTS TOGETHER A SOLID GAME PLAN WE SHOULD LOOK REAL GOOD THIS YEAR.

In an effort to try and organize the "depth chart," I merged all linebackers into one category, for now, and made a new one for DE/LB hybrids. Bryan Thomas is there because of all the speculation. Michael Brown was listed as a LB on the NYJ official site, but played DE/LB for Howard according to Yahoo! Sports. Craig Bailey was listed as a DE/LB hybrid on the NYJ site. Will Thomspon was listed as LB on NYJ official site, and as a DL on KFFL.

Let me know of any changes that should be made.

Excellent job keeping this updated. Has my vote for a sticky. Would make it easier than searching for the posts.

    Again, awesome thread.

I think Trevor Johnson can now be moved to DE/OLB and Teague is out with an ankle injury I believe. Anyways that's just nitpicking, my real question is, now that the offseason is almost over can we switch the unrestricted free agents to the upcoming UFAs?

So it is starting to look like some unfamiliar names that have been kicking around for a while might become alot more familiar this season.

Alright, I've read small things about us losing Monsanto Pope. I know he "left" the team a while back, according to the Jets site. Is he injured? Or what is going on?

Pope isnt back. He didnt come back. They gave his jersey #75 to one of the guys they brought in after he left. That's what caused the confusion.
