If you have a better solution to make the playoffs lemme know.

And again - they beat our Mark Sanchez led asses with this game plan.

A better solution would have been to admit that the options at RT were fatally flawed and draft a RT. To look elsewhere on the line and realize that one of the guards is not all that good and was really banged up last season and the other is 33 and a real possibility to slow down some after his injury-filled year last year, and bring in a real backup guard who could actually push these guys in camp.

To look at the WR's and recognize that giving Sanchez a new set every year is a bad strategy and that maybe it was time to make a move for an established receiver who was not old, injury-prone or just out of jail to complement Santonio Holmes who clearly cannot get open when he's the guy.

Instead the Jets punted the line completely, drafted a couple of rookie WR's unlikely to make an impact this year and then went out and got a completely superfluous option at QB. Said QB requiring the Jets to install not one new offense this off-season but two of them. And oh by the way said QB was going to come with eleven tour buses full of gypsy fans brought in to worship his every pronouncement and chant "TEBOW! TEBOW! TEBOW!" at games until management ignored his short-comings and bet the house on him.

I mean my solution may not have been completely practical but the Jets solutions so far have veered from no-solution-attempted to whack-job promo attempts with no seriousness at all in the process.

It's been like watching the bad Jets FO's of the 70's operate.

To further my point on Tebow: the Jets already had a wildly inconsistent young QB with talent whose one saving grace was he was pretty good in the clutch. Bringing in another guy who just emphasized all those flaws and strengths was stupid. It was like bringing in an injury-prone game manager to back up an injury-prone game manager.
