    I don't like the guy, he wasn't worth what the Jets gave up. But you can't ignore the fact that he has stepped up his play the last few weeks, and has came around to his NT position...

    It's all his fault? Dewayne has played top notch football most of the year and you have been quiet for months now.

    To answer your question in 2004 we had a great run D.

    why is it that everytime we give up a run over 1yd its always the d-line? its like: "omg a 2 yd run!!! this d-line stinks!!". did you guys notice there are 4 players called "linebackers" on our starting defense as well? or how about the two additional safeties. or the 2 corners. some of you guys are really pathetic. we gave up ONE bigrun, other than that we shut both of their running backs down. where was our LB corps on that 60yd run by mcgahee? where have the safeties been?

    exactly, we need a new NT :rofl:

    On the 57 yard run...Not for nothing, no disrespect. But we had 2 backup special team white guys in there with Chatham and Kassell, i'm sick of the rotation like that...Just leave in your base, Chatham and Kassell should not be on the field.

  8. D rob wasnt in on that play either..CJ Mosley was.:wink:

    The poor run defense has more to do with poor linebacker play than anything.

    Wow this is one of the most ignorant threads going today. Congrats HackettSucks, that is a hard feat to accomplish the day after a loss. Drob was one of the few players who actually came to play yesterday..

    You tell me...Eric Barton and Victor Hobson. Or Matt Chatham and Brad Kassell.

    Take your pick. If we're going to lose, lose with the better players.

    And another thing, There are A LOT of people in this thread who are defending Robertson, and are the same people trashing 'Brick in another thread. In actuality that is why I started this particular thread in the first place. The same people who continue to defend Robertson want to already give up on Furgeson.

    Why is that fair? Even if he IS a bust (Which I don't think he is), at least he only cost ONE draft pick!

    None of the posters who posted in this thread are in the dbrick thread trashing him.

    Most of this people who posted in this thread are still supportive, so your reasoning for starting this thread is pure BS.

    NT is the least of our problems. sorry

    @hackettstillsux
    you make no sense. nobody has given up on d'brick. thats just bullcrap. he's playing pretty good for a rookie LT. the bills have one of the best pass rushing DE combo in the nfl and schobel has already 12.5 sacks, he's a damn good pass rusher. d'brick will be a special LT, trust me.

    wtf? d'brick was a 4th ovr pick and so was d-rob :lol:

    He's saying the Jets didn't have to give up anything for D'Brick, hence he only cost 1 PICK.
