I'm not sure I'm voting Dem at all, truth be told.

Obama let me down, and Hillary can't win a national election.

    Hahaha, never.

Actually, when I first registered to vote at 18, I registered as a Republican. I switched over thanks to Rudy Ghouliani.

At this point though, the Democratic overall platform coincides more with my political belief system, so there's no reason to convert back. It doesn't really matter though, I've never truly followed my partylines when deciding whom to vote for anyway. Whoever I feel will do the best job in whatever position I am deciding on is the person I give my vote to.

Don't get me wrong, I would vote for Hillary, but there's no reason to. She'll never win. I'd actually rather put my vote into Obama, due to his political stance, but with his decision to put mudslinging ahead of issue discussion, I'm soured on him.

At this point, I see no person in the Democratic frontline who can 1) run a decent campaign based on their beliefs, while 2) going on to do a good job for this country.

However, that could all change over the next 6-8 months. Also, if Rudy becomes the Republican candidate, I'll vote for whoever is the Democratic representative, regardless of their campaign/political stance. The fact is, Rudy is the evil I know, and I would rather risk the evil I don't. I'm not very fond of the idea of a National Police State.

Uh oh. Looks like this night might be more interesting than I thought...:eek:hmy:

I'm not a Rudy guy (liking Huckabee lately) at all but to say NY was a police state is a bit much... do you remember the disaster that was left over from Dinkins & Koch? the man turned the city around...

Eh, depends on what end you see it from.

I grew up in a low-middle-income neighborhood in Queens. You know how Rudy "cleaned up" Manhattan?

He sent the entire "bad element" to the outer boroughs. My neighborhood wasn't "good" but it was still working-class. Suddenly we had gang-bangers and drug dealers taking over the neighborhood.

To make things "better" he increased the number of cops on the street, who in turn made "our" lives miserable. "Our"s meaning myself and my friends, who weren't trouble-makers, but we did stupid things like hang out in the park at night and drink. Amazingly enough, the drug dealers never had any problems. Fancy that.

Rudy is a total fu**bag, and always will be. He's the sole reason term limits were voted yes to in the city. If not for 9/11, Rudy would not be remembered as anything but a gestapo-level failure.

The places I would take you guys are not romantic - more clubby. Mostly men at the bar with a few attractive ladies now and then. Yeah, I wouldn't dare tell my wife I am meeting three internet buddies on a Friday night. She won't believe that. I am going to tell her I am meeting this married chick I met on Adultfriendfinders.com. She'll believe that.

You can do suits if you want, I've seen guys in these places with a sports jacket and open collared shirt. Whatever you feel like.

No - you meeting Alio for dinner would be gay. Me and Ollie should show up an hour late so you and Alio can talk at the bar alone.

Don't worry, it won't be gay until Alio starts to stick his foot between your crotch under the table. If I was you I wouldn't sit opposite Alio at dinner, unless of course you wont mind. And if Alio orders a steak for dinner, get out and get out quickly..
