He's played Rugby Union at a high level and is a big, strong guy who can take and give out the hits. He has to be intelligent to play at the level he has been doing and he will be very fit - at Rugby Union you are on the pitch for 80 mins, no subs in and out all the time.

Lets just give him the chance to show what he can do. I think a lot of people on this site will be very pleasantly surprised.

They're not mocking the Tebow trade they're mocking the idea you shouldn't trade for Tebow because Sanchez will be upset by it.

i'm worried about all the media attention and the locker room disruptions this publicity stunt will cause. Plus just think about how Keller now feels having the Jets go out and sign a TE - this can't be good for his development and team morale. hee hee

I had no idea he was on the pitch for 80 minutes with no subs!?!

He's gonna be aces in a scrum!

If the Aussie tight end turns out to be the next Gronk, we should run with the hot hand and sign a kangaroo to be our punter.

So far this offseason, with all our needs, we've signed an injury prone safety to a one year deal, traded for Tim Tebow, and signed a Rugby player. I'm pretty sure all the people supporting these moves would have tore someone a new one if they came on this site and suggested this. Anywho, I know it's a long offseason. Theres still time. I'm just saying, we haven't gotten off to a good start.

Trading out Mulligan for a Rugby player is a victory in my book.
