The Mets dominated the NL all year and you lost to an inferior team. That's a choke, right? The NL SHOULD be better next year and as of today the Mets are not better than they were last year. Good luck.
Its not like we lost any starting pitchers or anything. and i believe a choke would be losing a 7 game series after being up 3-0.

Domination of a weak league...that is the home of the current World Champs? Regardless of what you want to say junc, losing two of the most experienced guys in the bullpen before the LCS, is a hurt to any team. And of course thats not the only reason we lost, our bats were put to sleep by outstanding pitching from suppan. You've argued with every mets fan on this board, and im usually the last person to get involved with the arguments, but calling the LCS a choke is a bit of a reach.
Where the Champ comes from has nothing to do w/ determining which league is better. If both leagues were close than that could put one over the top but the AL was so far superior this year it was a joke. The AL has won 10 of the last 15 WS but the AL wasn't better in all 10 of those years and the NL wasn't better in all of the 5 years they won. Who cares about baseball right now? We have a huge Jet game this week. i'm done w/ this jealous nonsense for now.

I almost agree with you...except junc, why should i be jealous? the yankees haven't done anything since 2000. 26 WS wins means nothing to me since i was alive for just 4 of them..and rooted for them in 2. Im not jealous junc. I pay no attention towards them until its time for us to play each other. and once the series is done, i forget about them. It just doesnt matter to me. :up: and just for shits and giggles
