The 20th anniversary of the last(and only 2nd) Mets Championship is coming too as well as the 6 year anniversary of the 5 game spanking the Yanks gave the Mets.
Istead of just enjoying the Mets clinching you are posting GYC, why is GYC even a thought after last night? I understand maybe the last 2 boring weeks of the reg season when the mets have nothing to play for but hours after you clinch?

I like the thread, of course I'll post in. This is a huge compliment to the Yankees and Yankee fans. I don't see threads about past Met collapses or any other team's collapses but b/c everyone is so worried about the Yanks we have a 2 year running thread.
That's because no other collapse in the history of sports is even the same time zone as the monumental collapse by the Skanks.....
