That is bull. I said it before but I will post again for you. Your original post had NOTHING to do with what ESPN said or what any scouting report said about Brick. You brought this point out of nowhere, when your other ridiculous statement about UVA not producing any good NFL players was being shot to hell and owned by every poster. Like I said, try keeping track of your own posts.
What is bull & if I as a NYJ fan saw & heard it shame on you & others who do not have the interest in the NYJs that I have that is why you are always so behind the more brighter on this board which for sure excludes you IMHO
Let you see it NOW? I posted the link to the thread! See where it says Showthread? Jeez! It's like pulling teeth.....
Take a look at page 3 of THIS THREAD. There is a post by me (Gator) that starts off with........ 'The guy called Tiki and Rhonde role players...' At the bottom of that post is a link. That is the link to the thread in question. Let's see if he can find it (Jeapardy theme plays)
I have no idea what you just said. That wasn't even English. I will go slower for you. You are full of Bull**** because you started off talking about no good players coming from UVA. Then OUT OF NOWHERE, which by the way had NOTHING to do with what was being discussed in the thread, you brought up something you saw on ESPN about Brick's footwork. And you bring up this point out of nowhere as soon as people started to prove your other point wrong, as what a distraction? No one was was being mean to you, as you suggested before, because they didn't like what you saw on ESPN. The point was completely meaningless and pointless to the discussion going on, which you started by your original post. Do you understand now? Or do you want to spell it out even more?
What the hell does that have to do with the topic. Thats the not what this topic is about genius. It started out by you labeling Virginia a school that doesnt produce stars. Name me all the superstars Vandy has produced. So in D'Brick's case, you can write him off because he comes from Virginia, but Cutler is a star in your book even though he comes from Vandy? I wonder what your favorite color is. I fully expect a dumbass answer that has nothing to do with anything like "my favorite color is phone."
Amazing that you can dig yourself into an even deeper hole than where you started. Your own "logic" (and I use that term loosely) suggests that Mangold from OSU is a better pick than Ferguson because of all the NFL players Ohio State has produced? Better track record of players in the NFL for OSU vs. Virginia, correct?? I don't think anyone would argue with that point. Now, that is not to say EITHER player will set the world on fire. Both could be busts, both could be stars or they could achieve a level of competent solid performance in the NFL. But the logic of avoiding drafting players because their schools respective players have not achieved a level of so called "success" that you personally define is totally and completely irrelevant and makes no sense whatsoever. You could insert any number of schools into that brilliant piece of analysis and more than half the picks in the draft would be undrafted fee agents according to your logic. Brilliant thoughts. Keep the off season entertainment coming.
Playmakers do not exist when your OL can't protect the passer or open holes for a running game. Building the OL was a must for the Jets. Once an OL is in place, the playmakers emerge. Look at Denver and KC - do they have players that put fear in your heart? Or do they just have great OLs that make whoever is under the center and whoever runs the ball into stars?? I think it is the latter.
UVA has produced plenty of stars. Refer to the list. And besides why does it matter what college Ferguson went to? Ken Dorsey - Miami Craig Krenzel - Ohio State Steve McNair - Alcorn State Miami and Ohio State have produced way more talent than Alcorn State, but Dorsey and Krenzel will never be as good as McNair.
Do these "more brighter" people communicate with sign language or clicking sounds or something? Your overblown sense of interest doesn't even include watching the games live on Sunday by your own admission. You have no right at all to question anyone else's dedication when your own version of being a Jets fan seems so remote and uninterested and full of spite and little-man complex that you can't even relate to more than a translucent fraction of your peers on this board. Although you probably wouldn't deign to consider anyone on this board as your peer, and you would probably be correct, although completely wrong about who is superior. Why don't you go farm some okra and give up caring altogether? You obviously find no joy in being a fan at all.
