I really like the part about a veteran guy like Richardson choosing to room with him in Training Camp and really stay on him about being the best player he can be. Very encouraging, and a big reason why it's good to have T-Rich back this year.
Deep down, all that offensive lineman and fullbacks want is to have their guy win the rushing title. They only pass block because it's in their contract.
