GREEN OUT! - Jets Vs Buffalo - 12/14

I can't understand why fans need to be asked to do this. The stadium should be a sea of green every single week.

 

we should do a red out.. they could just show all the empty seats in the stadium.

 

So some of us sit through the rain, game and it's the NEXT week that they appreciate the fans... :lol:

Shaun Ellis just called. He said due to recent events, he will not be making the Green Out. He said he's very disappointed in himself and expects more from himself and vows to have the Thunder Fuck next year.

 

I'm not wearing green. F them. Normally, I would wear green, but now that they're telling me to wear green I'll wear white. Jets are just going to have to get it done with me in white.

 

The "Green Out" game vs the Bills is also fan appreciation day. The first of it's kind according to the Jets website.

Maybe Woody will appreciate us by getting rid of the PSL's!!!

I'll be at this game and I appreciate the sentiment, but I got a kick out of how the author called this "an unprecedented move". Teams have fan appreciation promotions all the time. However, I would rather have the team show that they appreciate their fans by preparing for ALL games and not underpreparing against games they perceive as easy, like Oakland, KC, and Denver. As appreciation of the fact that I have been a supporter and die hard fan of the team since I was a little kid I'd rather have them work hard in practice EVERY week and not have them staying out and smoking weed than win a dunkin donuts gift card. It's like "ohh you've been supporting us for almost 20 years of your life" we're gonna give you a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning a case of Pepsi"... JUST WORK HARD AND BE PREPARED. That's all I want. I'm getting all worked up typing this so just ignore me.

 

I wear green to all the games, even when the team doesn't. People should all show up in Titans throwbacks just to fuck with them. We can say--"See how ugly? Don't like it, do you?"

 

if they were smart they would give out green jets tees (huge ones to throw over your seven layers of clothing) so we dont have 40 different shades of green

 

Excellent idea. OK. If you're protesting the PSL, wear white. If you're not, wear blue. If you don't show up, you'll be an empty red seat. If you get into a fight, there will be a lot of yellow around you. If you have no clue, wear your normal green.

 

Wearing the Titans gear would be funny but I might be confused as a Bills fan.

I'd really hate for my fellow Jets fans to heckle me as a Bills fan.

 

I will be flying into Ny from Arizona for the game. Me and my buddy are coming in from LI, and I guess we are taking the train. Anyway of tailgating before?

 

I think it's going to be more like a "red-out". The bright red of all those empty seats!!

 

Maybe, if they want the fans to 'green-out' the stadium, they should try winning some games.

 

If it's cold outside you guys should blow us out......this team doesn't like to play in weather below 70 degrees!
