Its something people like to call "expression" Its a strange concept for people the say what they think and feel. Actually its quite the opposite but nonetheless, who cares. People will say what they want.
It's embarrassing, it says alot about people. Just as players and celebs are wrong who treat "regular" people poorly fans that attack players/celebs continuously for no reason are wrong.
wtf man? These guys get paid millions of dollars to play football. They get paid millions of dollars because of all the fans. We as consumers of the entertainment the NFL provides have thoughts and opinions about the players in the league. We aren't treating anyone poorly if we don't like them and speak our mind about it. We're voicing our opinions. If Justin McCairens reads about us hating him and it hurts his feelings, I'm sure he'll get over it. I'm sure when he goes home to his million dollar house that's paid in full he can relax in the jacuzzi and get over the pain he feels from the hate some fans have for him. You're embarrassed because fans hate a player? You're embarrassed? wtf? Get over it - he sucked, he let us down on numerous occasions and we hate him for it. Fuck him.
A big standing O to McCariens, Clarke, Clement, Hobson and all the others who gave there all for the team and have been cut loose. Without you we couldn't have gone 4 & 12 last year and I just wanted to say thanks.
Vince Young is very similar to Kellen Clemens as a passer, throws hard and without a lot of touch on the ball. I can see the Titans looking at what McCareins did with Clemens throws and backing away slowly.
Isn't it nice to see a wave full of chaff rolling off the deck for a change? We've been accumulating the debris for a half decade and it was damn near sinking us lately.
Nobody is saying that either, but to hate the guy is pretty misguided. It's the same mentality of retard that cheers Chad Pennington's injury in his first game back off the playoffs and Comeback Player of the Year.
No different than hating on Doug Brein. I don't know any of these guys personally and I don't have anything against any of them personally. For me when I cheer and boo it's all about performance.
oh, they are such victims. first of all, they aren't treated poorly, they are treated appropriately for the career the choose to engage in. athletes choose to have a career which is dependent upon spectators, whose interest is to cheer and boo. if athletes did not want such a career, they can go into accounting or finance. the idea that booing an athlete is treating them poorly is absurd. professional sports is a spectator event, that is why it is performed in front of a live stadium audience and broadcasted for millions to see, so you don't get to rewrite the rules of what viewing professional sports is just because it makes you feel bad. you don't boo because you are boring and prefer to sit on your hands while watching sports. that makes you the exception, not the rule. the same with your opinion.
We can thank mccareins for the 6th pick in the draft, had he caught a couple more balls, we'd be picking behind New England and have no shot at McFadden Thanks Justin.
you guys are all missing the point, I am not saying bow down to these guys but guys that play hard and conduct themselves w/ class shouldn't be continually attacked. They are gone, let it go. If the guys are jerks then have it, attack all you want but McCareins was a vital cog for us in '04 then had a few disappointing years. he never whined and complained and was a good guy to the fans. He doesn'tdeserve this treatment but if it makes you guys feel better about yourselves go ahead and attack.
McCareins is a disgrace, He should have been cut after the Baltimore game- Anyone would have done a better job as a #3 receiver than him- Bad job Mangini and Tannenbaum
ok question would people be willing to take him back if he gets no other offers and we give him the league minimum and tell him he has to play special teams? he killed me too with all the drops and what REALLY pissed me off was that article that said "he's too tightly muscled to catch" i still have no idea what that means but anyway i dont wanna get off on a tangent. for the league minimum and as a special teamer/4th or 5th receiver on the team would u want him back?
No hes a cancer. Sometimes a divorce is necessary between two parties- (Thnk Doug O'Brien and the Jets after the playofff loss to the Steelers) Theres no way the Jets bring back McCareins
