    Piss poor management is clearly a top issue for this team along with neglecting investment into the offensive line. Those are by far the two biggest factors holding this team back.

    Piss poor management - We say it for any regular job: Poor management is the biggest factor for poor productivity. And based on what we have seen thanks to Falk, Enunwa, Adams, Osemele. The respect and communication between players and management isn't there.

    I'm not convinced Bell's issues are him slowing down. His abilities are based on his agility, not his top speed. The o-line just can't do consistent blocking and it's not creating holes. Bell is being forced to make more moves behind the LOS and it's giving defenders more time to react and close in. We just are getting crushed there and winning the battle of o-line/d-line is key to the entire game. Poor run blocking means the opposing defense can sit more guys back for passes. And poor pass blocking means less time for receivers to get separation.You will never see a team succeed with a poor o-line. It's one position group that you HAVE to be good at to do well.
