    Look man, I love NYC, but that's ridiculous. When was the last time you took a stroll through the pristine streets of Soundview? You planning a night out on the town in Hunts Point any time soon?

    I have my share of good times in Jersey but all these people defending Christie dont have a clue man. The guy has done zero for the state but i guess thats what we call a good "Governor"

    And by the way Jersey is way worse then any part of the city nowadays.. If were talking 10 years ago then yes certainly parts of Brooklyn and Bronx would be considered worse but this is coming from someone whos cousins boyfriend was shot point blank in his head at a traffic light in Jersey

    Christie is an outstanding person and he is waaaay ahead of the curve in terms of helping fix the problems that he inherited which were created by decades of poor leadership.

    He's clearly one of the best governors in the US right now.

    If they changed the name to The New Jersey Jets........ dont care. I'll start rooting for the Bills. That is how i feel.

    I'm from Jersey and I'd like someone to point out one person that doesn't know that the New York Jets/Giants don't play in New Jersey. What does changing the name really do? Are we trying to avoid confusion? Everyone knows. Who gives a shit?

    Sure the Patriots went from Boston Patriots to New England Patriots. Why don't we switch to the team name to Middle East Mid-Atlantic Jets. That at least makes sure that everyone knows we're not upstate NY, we're not Maryland, and we're not PA.

    Sure there are shitty parts of NJ, but there's shitty parts of every state. Every outsider thinks NJ sucks because they once drove down the Turnpike. To all the people who rip on Jersey, I enjoy reading your ignorance. So keep it up!

    No on in NY should ever talk about ANY other state being a dump. Funny listening to people in here claim to love the Jets and NY is so great, yet few of the athletes who play for NY teams actually live in NY. Besides.......we have more millionaires than NY so suck it.
