If you are implying VG will be running all over him I would say maybe you should temper ur excitement for a bit because if they wrote a movie about VG 1st outing as a NYJ I think "Lost in Space" would be the perfect title for it

 

in coverage yes, he's got a ways to go. But attacking the QB, he looked fine. He even caused a false start penalty.

He's going to need a half a season or more.

 

No my observation outside of that one rush the passer play was he was "lost" as I said before. He showed zero & I mean zero instincts & certainly was out of position on almost every play that he was in. Somebody calls him "godlike" I would say more better after Sat game to call him "zombie" like. Hopefully Sat was not representative of his total talents because if it is he will then go down on the negative side of the ledger

holy crap champ it was his first pre-season game in the NFL and he's learning a new position - give him a little slack.

Miami's entire o-line looked very bad in pass protection from what I saw of there pre-season game. I didn't see a lot of their game but I did see some. So if they continue to be poor in pass protection Chad will probably not have much time.

They will probably try to run a lot as their receivers suck too.

 

I didn't think I could ever hate Chad but the first thing that came to mind when I heard he was signing with the Fins was...You Rat Bastard!!!

Well guys I totally understand how you feel. I'm a Packer Fan and Brett Favre Fan, member of Favre Nation. Unlike you guys Brett left our division and conference. So I now can become a Jets fan as my second team. One thing I'm happy about and this is the only thing. You all seem to really appreciate Brett.

 

In my opinion, there's no such thing as a "second team". It's okay to be a fan of Brett Favre, but you're a fan of the Packers, not the Jets.
