Foles was great but for all the haters saying Sanchez would never play in the NFL again, would be a CFLer,would be working at McDonalds, would be out of the league, maybe they were wrong. NOW the narrative is "big deal, he's a backup". Dudes a starter next year. Can't wait to hear the narrative then. _
He'll likely suck stokes and here's why. Right now he's on a team with a great O. How many teams with great O's will be looking for a starting QB next year?
Sanchez is a top 32 NFL QB, simple as that. He will find his way back into a starting position eventually.
I think he will not be good but I wouldn't be surprised per se if he was because I believe the Jets under Rex have been a black hole for offensive players. That's my biggest complaint against Rex and it's a pretty big one but hopefully with Marty's presence that will change. I still think we are handicapped big time with Geno at QB for the record.
