    You still see him thinking a bit which is why isn't in many piles, but he is definitely better. In fact on one play he was on top of the pile. The one thing that I don't see from him, which was a huge knock on him coming out of ohio state is that he is taking plays off. Case in point was the tackle he made 40 yards downfield on Johnson. Gholston is getting better, I think getting Pace back is really going to help him a lot because Pace will open up opportunities for him to make plays.

    The reality is, people aren't going to be happy until he starts pressuring the quarterback on a consistent basis. We've seen a few flashes here or there. But people want pressures, and ultimately, sacks. (despite how meaningless sacks actually are).

    he's finally got a coaching staff that knows what it's doing. give him time to adapt from college de to nfl 3-4 backer under rex. it took those guys in baltimore a little while to get up to speed.
