    When I read the original post , my first thought was , smokescreen. When has this regime ever played an open hand? If anything I would now say that we are NOT going to draft Gholston should he be available.

    based on his poor performance in the drills at the combine;

    .... I would look for a player at # 6 that would not be a project, and could be on the field dominating on every down now! I based on just this article alone, there were some very impressive candidates for the pass rushing outside linebacker position at the combines. Projecting to the late first, and second rounds.

    Just looking for Jet's fans point of view. Why no love for Matt Ryan? Are you happy at the QB postion? My personal opinion is that you need to either draft Ryan and cut ties with Pennington or upgrade the O-line with a stud. The Jets are not improving unless they get better play from the QB position.

    I don't think you need to worry about that... there is no reason he should make it past us at 6.

    The Jets taking Brick and Mangold were basically foregone conclusions before the 2006 draft.

    I think he meant Dorsey at end.. next to Rodgers who would be the nose .. Dorsey will not drop to six though, and hopefully neither will Ghoulson
