Walls has so far made both Milliner and Wilson look like they were the ones that went underrated. And aside from the penalties, I liked how Wilson played yesterday. Trufant is nothing but a STs player. Then again, we all know that draft position trumps actual play on the field, right?
I don't know what I was most pissed at, Wilson ass fucking our team, or Rex for not saying anything to the idiot. If things turn out bad for the team (more losses than wins bad), then you can be sure that lack of discipline will be another reason why Ryan will get canned, and this game will be one of the examples brought up.
In his post game presser Rex appeared obviously pissed about it. I would not think for a second he didn't say something to him but fortunately Rex was smart enough not to do it in plain sight of every camera in NY so that the story line would be that and not the Jets winning the game.
Is Rex going to get fired by the media? If Rex gets fired, the reasons given will have nothing to do with a five play stretch in a week three win. Stop letting big-name news sites and girlish emotions form your opinion about a football team.
I'll take Kyle Wilson anyday in the week over many draft pick flops the Jets have made in the past. Forget Gholsten , how about Russel Carter,DB, their no1 pick back in 1984? You're probably asking 'Russel whooooo?" You kids that post these absurd nitpicking bs topics need to bone up.
The interesting thing is that Wilson didn't give up a TD today and wasn't on the field the only time the Jets D did, just saying  He came back in the game and made 2-3 good plays to help end the game. Going to bench helped, he cooled off, and didn't start anything. He had a bad drive, but I would take one bad drive over getting burnt for long TDs 2-3 times.

There's certainly worse CBs out there, but I think we got spoiled from having Revis and Cro as our 1 and 2. Wilson just makes a lot of mistakes considering how long he's been playing now and his attitude doesn't help (Showboats on plays where he didn't even do anything to influence incompletions). His tackling has been mediocre.
Rex benched him, that's the discipline. What do you want him to do, send Kyle to his room with no dinner? This is a man's game and Rex will treat his players like men. Wilson knows he fucked up and got benched, no further "dicsipline" was needed.
Ross got burned like toast on that post last Sunday. I also remember this brutal late game pick off Chad:
