    Whether he plays it well or not, hes the only backup on the roster right now. Pridie or someone via trade is the only person who is going to replace him.. the Mets aren't gunna call up an Evans or someone that doesn't play CF.

    Bring up Pridie, please. Matthews is awful.

    Pridie used to be a pretty highly regarded OF prospect for the Rays. Wonder why he fell off

    I don't know, but his stats in Buffalo are pretty good.
