definitely wont be a blowout, Miami is legit and could easily have a winning record.. cotchery semi hurt, edwards first game.. but that D is so legit, and Hennes only got a start under him.. im riding that Rexy Ryan bandwagon as well, so i think theyll do it

    17-3 at the half.

We finally get to work on our running game after getting up by 14, so no high-scoring blowout. I see a clock-eating second half with Ryan allowing the offense to finally get into his envisioned "run first, smash-mouth" ground game. "Pass the ball to score points but run the ball to win it." Jones' average YPC improves while Shonn Greene gets 11 carries for 50 yards.

Final score: Jets 24, Dolphins 9. Time of possession won't even be close: Jets 41:30, Dolphins 18:30.

This is a tough one. 41-3 Jets is my prediction.

The Jets D is about to form like Voltron on these motherfuckers and Bart Scott just happens to be the head.

    Jets 38 - Fish 10
(14 pts scored by our D)

    29-7 Jets

Its alot like the Houston game... Defense dominates and offense breaks out in 2nd half

Alot like the Houston game except for the fact that instead of the wiley veteran Kerry Collins we're going up against Chad Henne. LOL.

I would think that the offense would score on the first drive. Now that Edwards is here, think back to how last year, the Jets were one of the top teams in the league in scoring on first drives. It was for a very basic reason: Schottenheimer rehearses the first drive of the game. Every player knows the play order before the game even starts. Upgrading from Chansi Stuckey to Braylon Edwards will be a huge step forward - I'm not saying they'll be miles ahead of where they should be, just that the Dolphins don't have film of the Jets with Braylon Edwards so they can't know how he is being used, which will mean that the Jets' best advantage (on top of Schottenheimer's strategy to score early) will be during the first drive of the game.

I'm so confident in this game, I could bench the Jets d and win by 5 in fantasy. But I'm going greedy cause I want more points baby.

    LETS GO JETS!

Since in Italy we are 7 hours ahead of Eastern time good luck for the game, I won't be watching this one but I hope to wake up with a Jets vicotry :)

My prediction: Jets 23/24 - Dolphins 10 with one TD scored by our defense
