This is a meaningless, unnecessary argument. Sideline demeanor or not, the issue is Fitz, not Geno. Fitz has no business being on this team. He robbed the organization blind for the most worthless performance of any QB. So ill take someone being pissed off on the sidelines, thrown in the middle of a massive shit storm, versus a super smart blah, blah, blah, well behaved team player that has destroyed the entire offense in 6 games of massive ineptitude.
Its Petty time and screw the rest, including a superbly incompetent CS on the defensive side of the ball.

Bitching and criticizing Geno's abbreviated performance tonight after a shit storm of garbage over 5 games with Fitz is the ultimate level of insanity or stupidity. Geno was really not given much of a chance in two years, nor was he given $12M + to destroy this team week after week. Neither will survive 2017, but we got totally fucked by a journeyman with no chance to be successful. Ever

Yeah Geno only had 29 games as a starter...too bad Dak Prescott doesn't have Dez Bryant, now we'll never
know how good he could be....
We should have gone with the rookies from the beginning, as I've been saying all year.

  4. Geno isn't the answer...we know that. he also has his own set of deadly shortcomings. I'll still take him over the bearded wonder every single snap. At least there is a possibility of a big play & success. W. Fitz we might as well run the ball into the line over & over again...

I never thought I'd say this..but I think I'd even take a full fledged wildcat attack over Fitzpatrick at this point..

You got your wish last night and he gave you a fumble and a pick in consecutive series..both of them are the issue as anybody can see which is why neither have a contract beyond this year and neither will be back after this year.

Any reasonable individual knows Fitz is not on planet earth anymore... When the announcers say that the defenders know he locks onto Marshallits time for a change and believe me I am no fan of GENO. But this team needs a fking wakeup call and while I do not think it is playing geno, its a start. Play him because they both suck but at least he can throw it long .... play petty when he is ready and fire the HC now.

I'd be pissed too if I was better than the guy starting ahead of me, the starter is the worst in the league, the starter doesn't give a shit that he sucks, and the coaching staff refuses to hold shitty players accountable.

Apparently Yes I will and by a wide margin

Look at the poll I made earlier today

Seems like you aren't going to find many Fitz guys left

    Let's face it...Fitz is done

You guys seem to be misunderstanding me. I do not think Fitz should be the starter. I thought he should have been benched at halftime and should probably remain there as the highest paid backup in the history of the game for the rest of the season. Regardless, Geno continues to impress me as the biggest asshole I have ever seen play for this team and his sideline behavior was just another reminder of that. With that being said, I'd rather him start than Fitz right now, which is really depressing. Even more so though, Petty should be the starter here on out, and if Mac doesn't think Petty is ready for that with the softer part of the schedule coming up, then he needs to own up to the fact that he whiffed on that pick.

LMFAO WHAT?!?? Because he was showing frustration that his team was losing??? Because he's a young QB that WANTS to play football? Isn't that normal? He got pissed when Fitz threw the INT... I'd understand your post more if he was on the sideline cheering that fitz fucked up.. but he showed frustration.. which means he cares about the team winning.. complete opposite of what you just made it out to be.

Nobody said Geno's teammates can't stand him except for the bullshit beat writers that can't stand Geno.. even while he was on the bench was still the center of their stories. I don't buy

Geno is not the answer to any question regarding the Jets with the exception of this one:

Who would be a worse quarterback option than Ryan Fitzpatrick at this point?

There is a fine line between showing he cares about the team or in his case being an immature baby and only caring about himself ... not that I blame him though cause we all know he won't be on this team next season and wants to showcase himself ...

Yeah, nobody says it except the guys who see him everyday and talk to the players everyday and know what's going on in the locker room but to you they're "bullshit" because when your baby is ugly they tell you your baby is ugly.

also these are the same people that were trying to justify Fitzpatricks terrible play.. idk about you but I see through bullshit... if you believe everything you read that's you. I just seen a bunch of clowns with an agenda.. that are probably still ticked off that Geno didn't want to talk to them at all last year to feed them stories to twist around for clicks.

Conor Hughes sent me a 3 page direct message on twitter trying to explain how he's not a Geno-basher and I screen shotted & sent his own unnecessary Geno-bashing words back to him... he wont write back now.

I'm pretty sure you mean you saw a bunch of clowns with an agenda. What is that agenda? Show us what these unnamed guys have written that is not true. They report facts, they give opinions. If you don't like their opinions, you're allowed to have one too. If you don't like their facts, that's just too bad.

What in the article about Smith is not true? You might not like the information in the article but that doesn't make it bullshit; it seems to reinforce what people have been saying about him for over a year now - that he is not a team player respected by the people he works with.

And you might be taken more seriously if you paid attention to what your teachers have been telling you for years. You have to know that "seen" is the wrong word to use there, why would you continue to draw negative attention to yourself by using it?

He shouldn't have thrown it?! Did you watch the game - the bias and lack of understanding the situation on this board is off the charts. It was 4th down! He made a good throw and it was Peake's fault he didn't catch it, but that's besides the point. He had to throw it somewhere and he was rolling to the right. I suppose he should have thrown it out of bounds on 4th and 11 and not even tried to make a play and just hand it over to the other team.

But you never suppose he could have completed it instead of throwing a pick, do you?
