This goes to show you we as fans can never be pleased. We complain about all the so called hooligans playing in the NFL, but when we get a young guy on our own team who has all the tools to be a great OT, and wants to get better not just on the field but off of it, and we still complain, then the player is not the problem, we are. We have no idea what it takes to win.

i find people bashing him for continuing his education funny. first off, I never wanted to draft D'Brick, watching him I constantly said this guy will never be a balanced player hes a pure pass blocker plain and simple, and for the number 4 pick, that doesnt warrant him to be drafted as a elite LT.

that being said, I still think hes a good player, just not great. and whether or not he takes classes in the offseason, I really dont think it correlates at all with why he cant run block. thats the lack of logic im seeing here.

people are bashing him for taking classes as if hed become an all pro run blocker if he spent his time on the sled instead of a classroom. well heres the truth. the guy cant run block plain and simple, he will never develop in that aspect. people need to realize it.

God, I hope Favre retires or goes to another team.

This is perhaps the most fascinating thread I've read and says a lot more about the fans than Favre or D'Brick.

Seriously, why would anyone gripe about the guy taking classes after the season is over?

cause they want to sound smart by attributing Bricks mediocre run blocking to him securing a profession if he gets chopped block and blows his knees out.

of course it couldn't have anything to do with simply having a goals, enjoying education or continually challenging himself. yes, going to school in the off season raises a tremendous amount of questions about his motivation.

and he isn't making millions on your collective dime. he works for an organization that pays him a salary. you buying their product doesn't make his earnings on your dime anymore than the secretary at the food or clothing manufacturer whose products you purchase is making a living off of your dime either. yes, the cashier at your local grocery store owes you an explanation with what they do in their free time since your shopping at the store provides them the money that they waste on drugs, alcohol or prostitutes.

congrats, you managed to actually conclude your ridiculous post with an even grander lack of reason and rationale than the rest of the nonsensical ramblings.
