Hell no, 12M was 2 years ago..he will give them at least 15 and maybe 20. Nobody can waste money better than Gaggy and he has proved it at least twice with Revis and Wilkerson.
The way things are looking there won't be a QB at 6 unless you want Jackson. Darnold to Browns, Rosen to Giants, Allen to Bills, and Mayfield to Broncos. Or some other combination of those 4 QBs. We'll have to trade up or hopefully get Cousins.
5-11 for the second straight season & 4th straight season w pure garbage at QB,pure garbage on offense & hot shit all over the roster! Yeah we sure grew from those franchise altering meaningless wins that pushed us out of the top 5 of the draft again! But I guess for the fans that insist on short term Mickey Mouse gain or moral victories that are laced in accepted mediocrity this wouldn’t be an issue. And since the mediocrity crowd doesn’t wanna trade up for a QB we’ll go defense again at #6 which means the offense will still be overlooked & we’ll be having these exact same discussions come this time next year.

I wouldn't want that. Remember when Mac started? He had to spend a bunch of money, and the only way to do that was to sign a bunch of big name, older, expensive FAs. I'd rather Mac sign several younger starters and some better depth in FA and leave better talent and not a huge amount of money behind.
I will puke, then I'll give up on football until the Johnsons sell the team and Bowles and Mac are gone.
