I can't believe the Jags are landing so many free agents. Meanwhile we are getting turned down left and right. I realy thought the Jags would be one of the least attractive teams in free agency meanwhile they've hit home runs. And they are rumored to be front runners for Murray.

lol yea i'm so glad we didn't pay $9 million a year for an injury prone TE with jace amaro potentially being a great TE

(that was not sarcasm i am actually glad we did not)

FAs don't tend to flock to the northeast in any sport. I can't say I blame them. Same money, better weather & no state income tax in FL? It's not a difficult decision.

I hope we keep Harvin at this point.

Imagine QB with Marshall, Harvin, Decker and Amaro, handing the ball off to Ivory and ____

He will get decimated behind our offensive line but just imagine it!

If it was because of his system or not... he only let up one TD last season, as the primary target for most teams that played them, so we can't say he didn't somewhat earn it. Seems like over the last two years #1 CBs have been getting that 9-11 mill range salary. It's an important position and that's the market for them now if they're any good.

I kind of hope the same. I hope the Jets at least hold him until the 19th to see the WR market. If there is no one available at that time and they have cap space to spare, just keep him.

The Jets can sign some mid tier guards this week who can start.

This is one free agent I'm happy we missed out on, would feel so much like when we signed Dimitri Patterson last year

Agreed. Supposedly he spoke with us first so I was thinking he was likely to sign. Maybe this means we have a decent shot at landing Culliver

I like Vereen and Culliver alot....Both solid players

    Still hope we land Revis

Honestly I would go after Greg Hardy....Weird that no teams are interested in a top notch pass rusher even with the legal garbage

    Shane Vereen RB
    Jermaine Gresham TE
    Stefen Wisnewski OG
    Antonio Cromartie CB
    Brian Orakpo OLB
    Trent Cole OLB
    Tyvon Branch S

I forget who posted it in the draft forum, but signing Hardy and trading Wilk could potentially be...fun.

Though if I recall, the draft forum poster severely undersold Mo's value in his scenario. If the Jets could get a single digit 1st rounder in return I'd be all ears.
