    Besides, Leinart reportedly has an arm not unlike Chad Pennington and I don't think this FO wanted to go in that direction again..

    WE should have traded down aand taken Cutler. Who knows. D'Brick may be a beast. I just wonder who will be our starting QB. The most important position (?????)

    Traded down with who? for what?

    You don't think they explored trading down?

    They obviously did have have a partner.

    Its easy to say "trade down" or "trade up" without any specifics.

    The smartest thing to do is follow your board..and they obviously did.

    Brodie if he stays healthy might be an interesting developmental prospect. Whitehurst or Clemens will be a waste, I could care less whT jaws thinks.

    Absolutley! Whats the point in drafting any QB (other than Young) when we can't stop his head being pushed into his shoulders , protect what we already have.
